Part-time Customer Success Agent (remote)
We’re looking for a part-time Customer Success Agent (remote). It’s a part-time job that takes about 2 hours per day. You can do this job from your home (or anywhere else you fancy). You’ll be a valuable part of our Customer Success team and will help succeed with our mission to make each and every single client into a brand ambassador.
What you’ll do
- You manage our incoming sales and service pipeline and make our clients ambassadors of our brand!
- Interact with our logistics partners to make sure orders are processed well and challenges are solved
- Simple admin tasks
Who you are
- You can work independently
- You’re communicative and solution-driven
- You responsible and detail oriented
- You’re can write & speak English perfectly, Dutch or French is a plus
- Experience in customer service or software like Hubspot or Shopify would be great!
- You’re either an enrolled or recently graduated HBO/WO student, or have several years experience in Customer Service
- Available 2 hours per day, 5 days per week (Mo - Fri)
