Politique de remboursement

We don't like unhappy customers. So if by any reason you are unhappy with your order you can return your order free of charge within 14-days after receiving it. To put it officially; you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt / proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@objectembassy.com. If all is ok, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please bear in mind that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we only offer a free drop off service for returns. If you would like a pick-up we can arrange it on your cost.

This free exchange policy is limited to a maximum of 6 products per order and a maximum of 1 order per 365 days per client and/or delivery address. During this period other and/or extra returns are still possible, however the return shipping cost are to be covered by the customer.

Discounts and gift cards
Custom goods cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, friends & family items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Damages and issued products upon receiving
While we produce our products with the greatest care and have a rigorous quality inspection in place, it can sporadically happen a product is damaged during transport. Therefore we encourage you to inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 4 days after receiving the item when it is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We build our chairs so the will last for decades and we hope you will enjoy them for a very long time. Please read the maintenance instructions and warnings in the booklet provided with purchase to make sure you can enjoy your chairs as long as possible.

We provide two (2) year limited warranty on our chairs our products. 

If you encounter an issue with our product, please be in touch with our service department by phone at +31202101866 or via email at service@objectembassy.com. Our service department will do its best to assess the issue and find a suitable solution. 

Every experience is different, however in general we will either repair or replace the product. The best solution will be assessed by our service team. In case the item needs to be replaced - and it is not available anymore - we will offer a similar product.

There are a few exemptions to our policy. Your item will not be covered by our guarantee in the following occasions.

Your chair is purposely damaged;
Your chair is damaged by improper or careless use;
Your chair shows normal wear and tear of usage;
Damages to the rattan seating and / or backrest;
Your chair is damaged by improper cleaning (not as described in this booklet).

When contacting our service department please mention your order number and - fi present -  the unique product number (xx/xxx/xxx) engraved on the back of the seat support on the metal plate on the bottom of the chair.
