Delivery rates depend on your location and the number of items your order. The rates will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery rates for the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain & United Kingdom are €21,99 per chair.
For other countries, please contact us at email@example.com so we can arrange a custom shipment.
Our chairs are shipped per individual chair, when ordering more than 1 chair, the shipping cost are also multiplied by the number of chairs.
All rates displayed include 21% VAT.
For orders of more than 10 chairs, please be in touch with our sales department.
Shipment processing time
Orders placed before 23:00 are delivered the next day. Orders placed in the weekend are delivered on Tuesday. When not on stock, additional time can be added. Your item will show the estimated delivery time online.
Orders placed before 23:00 are shipped the same day. Delivery time varies per country, on average it will take around one week for European orders.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We only ship to private and commercial addresses. Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Object Embassy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If very rare cases it can happen a order gets damaged during transport. This is very inconvenient and we will make sure we set it right for you. If this happens, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods when a product arrives damaged and report the damage to us within 4 days after receiving the item at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then replace the product for you.
